Choose the rental option that best fits your event. Every package includes the same core venue features, with rates based on the length of your booking and the day of the week.
We believe the planning process should feel as good as the celebration itself. That starts with knowing exactly what you're paying for. No surprises, no fine print. just honest pricing that works around your event.
What's included?
Blair Event Studio can accommodate a maximum of 60 guests. Every rental includes access to the event hall and lobby, along with the following venue features.
TABLES & SEATING
Your choice of 54-inch round tables or 8-foot rectangles; with linens. 60 white chairs.
SERVING & DISPLAY TABLES
Tables for food, gifts, or whatever you need, plus smaller tables for sign-in, cake, or display.
SOUND & ENTERTAINMENT
Speakers, microphone, DJ booth, and karaoke setup. Because some celebrations deserve a little extra fun.
LINEN, TABLETOP & MORE
Blair-owned linens, tableware, and serving plates are included. Also, pre-hung ambient lighting throughout the space, a variety of plants, and your choice of onsite backdrop.
KITCHEN ACCESS
Our commercial kitchen is available to your catering team so food service runs smoothly behind the scenes.
SETUP & TAKEDOWN
Initial setup and takedown of all tables and chairs is included. 10-hour bookings also include one complimentary layout change.
