Blair comfortably hosts between 50 and 80 guests depending on your event setup. Ceremony-only configurations can hold up to 80 seated guests. Dinner receptions comfortably seat up to 50, and more intimate arrangements are always welcome. We'll help you determine the best layout for your guest count during your initial consultation.

Every package includes venue access, along with tables, chairs, and linens sized to your guest count. You'll also have use of the commercial kitchen, full lighting and audio setup (including a karaoke machine, microphones, speakers, and DJ booth), backdrop, and drapes with prehung lights. If you'd like to go a step further, we also offer a photobooth and access to our decor inventory for an additional fee.

Yes — you're welcome to bring your own licensed caterer and bar service. We do have a preferred vendor list with partners we know and trust, but there's no obligation to work exclusively with them. All external vendors are required to carry current liability insurance.

Cancellations made 30+ days before your event receive a full refund of your booking deposit. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable, but your deposit can be applied toward a rescheduled date if availability permits. Full details are included in your booking contract.

Yes — we offer a 2-hour rehearsal time slot the evening before your event for a fee. Availability is based on scheduling and must be booked at least 30 days in advance. Most of our couples find this invaluable for day-of confidence and calm.

Yes — complimentary parking is included for all guests.

We love personal touches. You're welcome to bring your own decorations — with a few simple guidelines: no open flames, no confetti or glitter, and all décor must be removed within your booking window. We'll share a full décor guidelines document once your booking is confirmed. Our coordinator is always available to help with décor planning if you'd like suggestions.

Yes — amplified music must end by 11:00 PM, and all guests should be departing by 11:30 PM per local noise ordinances. We work with clients to ensure timelines are designed around this, and our coordinator will help you plan accordingly so nothing feels rushed at the end of your evening.
